Estate-grown in the highlands of Jalisco, Don Fulano is distilled by fourth and fifth generation agave farmers and distillers Enrique Fonseca and Sergio Mendoza in the legendary Tequileña distillery No. 1146 in the heartland of the protected appellation: the town of Tequila.
Don Fulano Blanco is a bright and colorful expression of highland agave. It’s fresh on the nose with a beautiful elegance. There is harmony between a wide spectrum of aromas that only mature agave offers; a myriad of delicate fruit notes balanced by a light menthol and a butterscotch oiliness. Unaged, it does rest at least 90 days after distillation in stainless steel.
